Stir-Fried Beef Tenderloin with Assorted Onions (Chinese Style)

Hello there,
here i would like to share a chinese style recipe with u all, and it's just a word for it...'delicious'.  
      
     So here it is...

                                        ''Stir-Fried Beef Tenderloin with Assorted Onions'' 

  And here the Ingredients ;
- half of onion
- 2 shallots
- 2 sprigs spring onion
- 75 g salted flowering chinese cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper
- 150 g fresh beef tenderloin




    Marinate ;
- chopped black pepper
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsps water
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp oil ( added lastly )

        Seasoning ;
- half tsp sugar
- salt as desired

 * the onion can be cut either across or lengthwise for this dish , provided that the thickness of all ingredients are consistent.

       Method ;
- rinse the beef tenderloin,cut into shreds,mix the marinate,leave it for an hour.
- cut the salted flowering chinese cabbage into shreds,soak in water for 5 minutes,squeeze to let  water out.
- remove the skin of the onion,rinse and cut into shreds.Remove the stalk and seeds of the red bell pepper,rinse and cut into shreds.
- remove the root of the spring onion,rinse and cut into sections. Take the skin off the shallot,rinse and slice.
- heat a wok,add 2 tbsps of oil,put in the beef tenderloin and stir-fry until it browns,remove and put it aside.
- stir-fry the shallot and onion,add the salted flowering chinese cabbage and red bell pepper,mix well.
- put in the beef tenderloin and seasoning,stir-fry for awhile.
- then add the spring onion and roughly stir-fry.

  And finally it's ready to serve
